Privacy Policy

Outfield Dash  ·  Effective Date: September 22, 2026 Last Updated: September 27, 2026

1. Overview

AGM Apps ("we," "our," or "us") operates Outfield Dash (the "App"), a single-player, first-person baseball catching game for Android. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.

The in-app purchases, purchase restoration, regional UMP consent forms, and Privacy Options controls described in this policy are available in version 2.2 and later. Earlier versions do not include those features.

The game has no accounts or sign-ups and keeps your progress and settings on your device. Its advertising SDKs collect device identifiers, approximate location, interaction data, and diagnostics as described in Section 4, along with your controls. AGM Apps runs no game-data backend. Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play — see Section 5.

2. Information We Collect

AGM Apps runs no backend that receives your game progress, settings, or purchase records. The App does include advertising SDKs that collect the data described in Section 4. AGM Apps does not:

The App shows ads mediated by Unity LevelPlay. Advertising SDK providers receive device, interaction, and diagnostic data to serve and measure ads, detect fraud, and maintain their services. Their data handling is described in Section 4.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The App saves a small amount of non-personal game data locally on your device using Unity's PlayerPrefs storage. AGM Apps does not upload this game data or provide cloud sync. It consists of:

This information is stored so the game remembers your progress, settings, and purchases between sessions. Your operating system may include it in device backups or transfers, depending on your settings. Deleting the App removes its local data, but does not necessarily delete copies retained in existing device backups.

4. Advertising — Unity LevelPlay Mediation

4.1 How Ads Work in This App

Outfield Dash shows ads through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies / ironSource), a mediation platform that runs a real-time auction among multiple ad networks each time an ad is requested, so that the highest-performing ad is shown. The demand sources LevelPlay may draw from in this App are:

Any one of these networks may ultimately serve the ad you see, depending on the auction.

4.2 Ad Formats and Where They Appear

4.3 What the Ad Networks Receive

Advertising SDKs, including LevelPlay and its mediated networks, may receive your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID, when available — see 4.4), other device or installation identifiers such as the app set ID; your IP address and approximate location derived from it; device model, OS and App versions, and connection type; app and ad interaction events such as launches, impressions, taps, and video views; and crash reports, performance measurements, and other diagnostic information. They use this data for advertising, measurement and analytics, ad quality, frequency capping, attribution, fraud prevention, and service troubleshooting. AGM Apps operates no backend that receives this device data. Advertising dashboards may provide reports about ad performance. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy:

4.4 Google Advertising ID and Your Choices

Android identifies your device to ad networks using the Google Advertising ID (GAID). Ad networks may use your GAID for personalised advertising unless you turn that off. The entire game remains playable whichever you choose — nothing is gated behind your advertising choice.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of personalised ads, in Settings → Google → Ads on your device (the exact wording varies by device manufacturer and Android version).

4.5 Regional Consent and Privacy Options

In version 2.2 and later, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to check your current privacy choices at each launch and display a consent or opt-out form when required. This happens before LevelPlay is initialised or ads are requested. If the consent service cannot confirm that ads may be requested, the App does not start ads; the game and in-app purchases remain available. A previously recorded choice may still permit ads when a network request fails.

When the consent service requires a way to revisit your choice, open Settings → Privacy Policy → Privacy Options in the App. The Privacy Options button appears when that option is required. You can use the form to review or change the choices it offers. Declining personalised advertising or changing a privacy choice does not necessarily stop all permitted advertising SDK processing; limited ads and the measurement or diagnostic data described in Section 4.3 may still be allowed. The game remains playable regardless of your choice.

5. In-App Purchases

Outfield Dash is free to play. In version 2.2 and later, it offers two optional purchases:

Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play under its own terms and privacy policy. AGM Apps never receives your name, email, payment card, or billing details. Your device's store app tells the game only which product was bought, along with a transaction identifier used to confirm the purchase and to make sure it is delivered exactly once. That confirmation happens on your device between the game and Google Play; nothing is sent to AGM Apps, and no purchase data is shared with the ad networks.

In-app purchases are handled by Unity In-App Purchasing, which talks only to Google Play. Unity Analytics is not enabled, so no purchase events are sent to Unity.

6. Works Offline (Ads and Purchases Need a Connection)

Outfield Dash is fully playable offline. Every level, texture, sound effect, and piece of music is generated procedurally on your device, so no internet connection is required to play. The only things that require a connection are advertising and in-app purchases — with no connection, the App simply shows no ads and the store is unavailable. Purchases you have already made keep working offline.

7. Children's Privacy

Outfield Dash is not directed to children under 13. It is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme or Apple's Kids Category. The App does not ask children for names or contact details. Advertising SDK data handling is described in Section 4.

Please note: Outfield Dash carries an Everyone content rating on Google Play. That rating describes the suitability of the content for all ages — it does not mean the App is child-directed, and it does not change how advertising operates in Section 4. If you believe a child has provided any information through the App, contact us at [email protected] for help directing your request to the appropriate provider.

8. Data Security

Because AGM Apps stores nothing about you and operates no servers, there is no database or cloud account on our side that could be breached. The small set of settings and progress data saved on your device is protected by Android's built-in security, including the App's sandboxed storage and your device's encryption.

9. Your Rights and Choices

AGM Apps does not maintain a server copy of your local game data. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete information held by advertising providers should be directed to them through the links in Section 4.3. Contact AGM Apps if you need help identifying the appropriate provider. Changing device advertising settings does not necessarily delete data already held by a provider.

10. International Users, GDPR & CCPA

Outfield Dash is available worldwide. AGM Apps runs no game-data backend. The advertising SDK providers described in Section 4 collect and process device, interaction, and diagnostic data:

EEA, UK, Switzerland: the App uses the consent form described in Section 4.5 for applicable advertising choices. Data protection law may also give you rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Revisit available consent choices through the App's Privacy Options. Contact the advertising providers through their policies in Section 4.3 for requests about data they hold. Consent and device controls do not necessarily stop all permitted advertising SDK processing.

CCPA/CPRA: sharing advertising data for cross-context behavioural advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "share" under California law. Use the regional privacy form and Privacy Options when available, together with the device controls in Sections 4.4 and 9, to manage applicable advertising choices. Contact the advertising providers through Section 4.3 for access, deletion, or other sale and sharing opt-out requests about data they hold. AGM Apps offers no financial incentive tied to your data.

Deleting the App removes its local data as described in Section 9. Requests about data already held by an advertising provider should be directed to that provider; uninstalling the App or changing a device identifier does not necessarily delete those records.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if a future version of the App adds new features. When we make changes, the "Last Updated" date above will be revised, and significant changes will be communicated through an App update. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
