AGM Apps ("we," "our," or "us") operates the KG Charge mobile application (the "App"), a community-driven map of electric-vehicle charging stations in Kyrgyzstan. Users can browse chargers anonymously, and with an account they can add chargers, confirm them, report prices, and attach photos.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, why, and what your choices are. KG Charge is free and supported by advertising. You can remove ads for 24 hours by choosing to watch a short rewarded video, or through an optional ad-free purchase where offered. Available products and their duration are shown before purchase; existing subscriptions remain subject to their terms.
With your permission, the App uses your device location to show your position on the map and to verify you are within 150 meters of a charger when submitting or confirming it, or when reporting that it is incorrect or not working. That presence check is what stops chargers being edited or discredited remotely by people who have never been near them. We do not track, record, or store your movement history. A submitted station's coordinates are saved. In versions supporting saved photo submissions, capture-location evidence, including coordinates, accuracy, and capture time, is stored privately with the submission to validate proximity and support moderation. This is not a record of your movements. Location access is requested only when you use a feature that needs it, and the App works without it (with contribution features limited).
One consequence worth understanding before you submit a charger. When you add a station, the App offers your current position as the starting point for the map pin, because you are usually standing at the charger. If you accept that suggestion and submit, the published pin is a place you were physically present at, and it becomes public community content attributed to your account (Section 6). That is inherent to a crowdsourced map rather than something we do quietly — but you should know it, and you can always drag the pin before submitting.
If you allow notifications, the App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging for charger announcements and, when signed in, personal updates about contributions and points.
KG Charge integrates Google AdMob and Unity LevelPlay mediation, including Unity Ads and Liftoff Monetize (Vungle). Advertising SDKs collect and share device or other identifiers, IP addresses and the approximate location inferred from them, app and ad interactions, installed-app information, diagnostics, and purchase-history information where processed by the provider. These data support ad delivery and measurement, analytics, SDK functionality, and fraud prevention. Collection depends on the provider, app version, ad availability, consent choices, and device settings; non-personalized ads can still involve data collection. We do not send your email address, community photos, or precise capture-location evidence to advertising SDKs. See the provider information in Section 5.
We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising disclosures and choices are explained in Sections 7 and 14.3.
The App uses the following service providers and advertising partners. Advertising partners may process data for their own purposes under their policies:
Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firestore/Storage buckets located in the United States).
Charger submissions, confirmations, price reports, photos, and comments are shared community data — they are visible to all users of the App. Your email address is never shown to other users; comments display only your reputation tier. Community content may be removed by moderators if it is inaccurate, abusive, or violates our Terms. If you delete your account, your contributions remain on the map as community data but are no longer linked to a live account.
Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account in the App (Profile → Delete Account). Deletion removes the authentication account, profile, and private notification-token record. Community map contributions may remain with their original contributor identifier, but that identifier is no longer linked to a live account or email address. Moderation and abuse-prevention exceptions are described below. To request deletion without the App, email [email protected] with “KG Charge account deletion” in the subject. To request removal of specific data while keeping your account, use “KG Charge data deletion” and identify the contributions, photos, or location evidence concerned. Send the request from your account email address so we can verify it; never send your password. We will explain any records retained for moderation or legal obligations.
One exception, and we would rather state it plainly than bury it. If your account was permanently banned for abuse, we retain your email address alone on a ban list after deletion. Without it, deleting the account and signing up again with the same address would clear the ban, which would make banning meaningless. The list holds nothing else — no name, no contributions, no history — it is never used for any other purpose, and you can ask us to review a ban at [email protected].
KG Charge is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored in Google Firebase with server-side security rules: only verified, signed-in users can write data, photo uploads are limited in size and type, and account data can only be deleted by its owner. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry-standard practices.
KG Charge is different from most of our apps in one respect that matters here: it has real accounts, so we do hold an email address for you, and a breach of our Firebase project could genuinely expose account and contribution data. We are not going to soften that.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information under our control, we will investigate immediately and:
If you browse without a registered account, we may have no email address at which to contact you. Anonymous identifiers and SDK data can still be processed as described in this policy; browsing as a guest does not mean that no data is collected.
AGM Apps, a software developer established in the State of Florida, United States, is the controller of the personal data described in this Policy. Contact details are in Section 16. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to under Article 37 GDPR. Google LLC provides authentication, database, storage, and messaging services. The advertising partners listed in Section 5 process advertising data under their respective terms and privacy policies.

Providing an email address is not a statutory requirement — but an account is needed to contribute, and an account needs an identifier. Browsing does not require an email address, but still involves anonymous identifiers and SDK data. There is no automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects; the reputation system affects only what you can do inside the App, and a moderator decision can always be appealed by writing to us.
AGM Apps is established in the United States, and as stated in Section 5 your account and community data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States. If you use the App from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, your personal data is therefore transferred to and processed in the United States by Google LLC as our processor, and by our advertising partners. Those transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions where the recipient is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as incorporated into the applicable provider's data processing terms. We operate no servers of our own.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. The fastest path for deletion is the in-app Delete Account button. For anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Spelled out against the GDPR articles, and available to you in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland:
Because you have an account, we can verify who you are and act on a request — which is not true of our other apps. We verify by requiring the request to come from, or be confirmed at, the email address on the account. One limit worth stating plainly: erasure removes your account and everything that identifies you, but it does not retract the charger data you contributed, which stays on the map de-linked from you so the map keeps working for everyone. If you believe a specific contribution should also be removed, tell us and we will consider it.
This section applies if you live in a U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law — including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island, plus any other state whose law is in effect when you read this. Where a right below exists only under your state's law, we honor it for residents of that state.
Using the categories named in the California Consumer Privacy Act:
As stated in Section 3, we collect no payment or card details, no contacts or private messages, and we build no location profile. Your email address is never shown to other users.
Precise geolocation is sensitive personal information. KG Charge uses it to show your position and verify that you are within 150 meters of a charger when contributing. Submitted station coordinates become public. In versions supporting saved photo submissions, capture coordinates, accuracy, and time are also stored privately for verification and moderation. We do not record a movement history or send this precise capture evidence to advertising SDKs.
We use sensitive personal information only for the purpose just described, which is within the permitted uses that do not trigger a right to limit under California law. You can withdraw it entirely at any time by revoking location access in Android Settings — the App keeps working, and only the on-site contribution features become unavailable. We do not sell or share sensitive personal information.
We have never sold personal information for money and do not do so. But we are going to be straightforward about something a lot of apps word carefully: when personalized advertising is on, our ad partner receives your Advertising ID and IP address and may use them to target ads to you in other apps. Under California law that counts as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and under several other state laws it counts as "targeted advertising" or a "sale." We do not send your email address, community content, or precise capture evidence to advertising SDKs. Advertising data can include other identifiers, approximate location, activity, diagnostics, installed-app information, and purchase information as described in Section 2.

We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.
Where these web pages are read in a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or similar signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser. Android does not send GPC to apps, so inside the App the equivalent is the Advertising ID control described above — deleting your Advertising ID, or opting out of ads personalization, is treated as a valid opt-out signal by us and by our ad partner.
Email [email protected] with the request type in the subject line. We operate entirely online and deal with you directly, so email is our designated method. We will acknowledge within 10 business days and answer within 45 days, extendable once by another 45 with notice. Deletion is faster if you do it yourself in the App.
About verification: because KG Charge has accounts, we can verify you — we do it by requiring the request to come from, or be confirmed at, the email address on the account. If you have only ever browsed the map without an account, we may need an app identifier or other information to locate relevant records. We will explain what we can identify and direct you to a provider when it controls the data.
Authorized agents may act for you with your signed permission or a valid power of attorney. We may contact you to confirm it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date above will be revised, and significant changes will be communicated through an App update or in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
